It was fine on the day.
Now, if i squint, things are bolder.
Are my eyes meant to be getting worse this fast?
they’re the same prescriptions.

Suggest you return to your contact lens supplier (optician) and explain what has happened and they will re-check.
You do not say what type of lens you are using (length of use, soft etc)
Eyes are very precious, do not delay in seeking advice.
Are your eyes different prescriptions? Do you maybe have them in the wrong eyes?
