I am just in the process of getting contact lenses, and I am having an awful tI ame getting them in and out of my eyes. I keep wanting to close my eye and not get them in. Does anyone have and hints for learnining how to get them in and out? Once they are in, they are fine. It’s just learning to put them in and take them out again.

Putting contact lenses is something that is easiest to do with the eyes open. Try it with your eye open.

To remove contact lenses, look upward or sideways while you pull down on your lower eyelid. With a finger, gently maneuver the lens onto the white of your eye. There, you can very gently pinch the lens together with your index finger and thumb and lift it off the eye.

Place the contact lens on the tip of your index or middle finger. With the fingers and thumb of your other hand, simultaneously pull up on your upper eyelid and down on your lower eyelid.Position the lens on your eye while looking upward or forward. Roll your eyes in a complete circle to help the lens settle, then blink. For all details, information and remedies about contacts check out http://sumiram2006.googlepages.com/contactlenses
