Any Tips or Devices to Help with a New Contact Lens Wearer?
I am a new contact lens wearer, however I have an eyepokephobia. So I am wondering if there are any products or something I could buy that would help with this?

I’m afraid that time and expertise are the only things that will help! One thing that really, really helps is washing your hands before you handle your contacts, and washing your contacts in solution before putting them in. That way, they won’t burn or sting. When you go to balance your contact on your finger to put it in, be sure your fingertip is dry, so the contact will stick to your eyeball instead of falling back out. You can also leave a little droplet of saline inside the contact before putting it in if it keeps falling out. During the day, if it starts to feel weird or irritating, touch it with the tip of your finger and wiggle it around just a little, then blink a few times, and it should settle back into place.
I know it feels really strange to touch your eyes, but after a while it becomes second nature. I can get mine on in under 30 seconds these days!
