I got lenses this year, and they’re so much better than glasses or those sport goggles.
1) I can’t even feel them, so no they’re not uncomfortable. The only problem is if it’s really windy some dirt might get in there, but it doesn’t blur your vision and if you rub your eyes you should be fine.
2) Mine never came close to falling out and I don’t think they can.
3) If you have the option of using lenses, use them.
I used contacts for two years in baseball and loved them. They aren’t uncomfortable. You dont really feel them. running and diving they dont fall out. Just keep some solution or eye drops with you in case they get a little dry. They are a lot better than glasses. I would highly recommend them.
if you get dry eyes while wearing contacts then they may become uncomfortable while playing basketball. make sure they’re comfortable beforehand. It is possible for your contacts to fall out while running down the court (it happened to my brother). If your eyes don’t dry up easily while wearing contacts, you should be okay, but if they do dry up easily then you might want to wear your glasses, but definitely check it out and wear them during practice before you decide whether or not to wear them in a game
It could work very well for you
i wear contact lenses while playing baseball. it is so much better than using glasses because glasses fall off on diving plays and such. the only bad thing during baseball with contacts is that they dry out sometimes and you might not see as well, but otherwise better than glasses. even with glasses you get the glare and with contacts you dont.
See about getting lasic eye surgery. It’s more expensive but pays off in the long run.
