Are Colored Contact Lenses a Do or a Don't?

I’ve argued about this before with friends and some say they’re a do while others think they’re a huge turn off. Personally I think they’re fun and look good though I’ve seen girls wearing contacts that look really fake and ugly. So what do you guys think? =)

i used to think it was rare to find someone that can pull them off, however, a few days ago i was ringing up these two girls and one of them had the most standout eye color i’d ever seen. granted they were just blue, but i couldn’t figure out why they stood out so much, and why her blue eyes were so beautiful. so i guessed that she might have been wearing colored contacts, but there wasn’t any trace of the fake look that comes along with colored contacts. but i asked her if she wore them anyway and she said yes. she told me her eyes were already blue, but so were her contacts and she’s just wearing them to enhance her natural eye color. she definitely pulled that look off.
so, colored contacts can look good, but only if they’re the same color as what your eyes are now, and you’re only looking to enhance your natural color.
huuuuuge don’t.
they look very fake.
sure they’re FUN, for halloween.
