Are Contacts/colored Contact Lenses Safe to Wear?

Are they comfy to wear after youve worn them for a while? Can you buy colored contact lenses that are also for seeing? What are the average cost?

Just curious, Thanks!

Yes they are safe to wear. They are comfy. Yes, colored contacts can be worn for prescription. The price depends on the Eye care Center but they are more expensive than clear regular contact lenses.

Once you get used to them you can’t really feel them in your eyes (unless you get something in them, have chlorine splashed into them, or they get foggy or dry). They aren’t good for the eyes though. I’ve been told again and again from eye doctors that I shouldn’t wear them every day and that I need to give my eyes breaks from them (besides the regular time that they’re cleaning). They are ok, but need to be changed often enough, even if they seem fine for a longer time, and probably shouldn’t be worn every single day.

I’m not sure how much colored contacts are but they’re more expensive than normal ones. I can’t understand why people would want to change their eye color anyways…natural eyes are the most beautiful. They are also easy to spot and don’t always line up onto the eye color, making them very noticeable.
