Are My Eye Contact Lens Still Useful?

I recently got soft lens contacts and I think I accidentally dropped one of them on the floor. It’s been about eight hours or so and I found one on the floor. It was a bit dry but I used Opti-Free Replenish on it. Will using that make it moist again?

I remember doing the same thing. I dropped one on the bathroom sink and found it the next day. I didn’t have anymore so I put it in the contact lanse case with saline solution just for the hell of it. I didn’t think it would come back to life but after a few hours, it was ok and ready to be cleaned and used. I had no replacements at the moment so I popped it back in. All good.
To answer your question, try it. Only if you have no replacements. If you do, chuck that one and use a new one.
I think you may change another one because most of contact lens are sensitive. Watch this video really great.
