Are There Colored Contacts for People with Astigmatism?

The receptionist at my eye doctor told me there is not… 
Unfortunately I have astigmatism, and a very boring shade of brown eyes. I’d love colored contacts! Was the receptionist, right, do they not exist? Why not? Thanks in advance!
