Best Eye Drops for Passing an Eye Exam?

hello,
i am in desperate need of passing a naval aviator eye chart, my correctable vision is 20/20 but i still have trouble reading their dimly lit chart where all the lines and letters are closely smooshed together making it just that much harder to read.
what would be the best eye drops to use for keeping my eyes hydrated? or best method for success here?

prescription medication would be the best since most off the counter drugs are for commen people. you would need something for you and only you. or you could try sleeping alot that takes away the red eyes sometimes.
