Blurriness Caused by Colored Contact Lenses?

I am the 1st tI ame wearer of colored lenses (Freshlook colorblends) My contacts have been in my eyes for three hours and they are still blurry , I hear that this is normal , but my question is how will it take for the blurriness to clear up ? Ive already worn them three hours . . . Will it be more like three days?

    It shouldn’t take that long for the blurriness to go away. Check to make sure you didn’t put the left contact in the right eye and vice verses. If the contacts are toric lenses, the axis might also be off. Usually that will clear up with blinking as the weight will pull itself to the bottom of the lens. Also check to make sure the contacts aren’t inside-out. Usually in this case, the lens will be uncomfortable. Last cause could be the prescription. The doctor should have checked your vision with the lenses on in his/her office. Call them tomorrow if you are still having difficulties. Please don’t drive if you are still experiencing blurriness. I know that seems like a no-brainer, but you would be surprised how many people will do it.

    When you blink the colored part may move in front of your pupil and cause blur. Get some clear ones to see the difference
