Can a Crossed Eyed Wear Contact Lenses?
Hi I know someone who is crossed eyed his right eye goes side ways. He also needs glasses. Anyway can a crossed eyed person wear contacts to make his eye look normal or can it make it worse?

No harm wearing contact lenses with crossed eyes.
Most often, wearing contact lenses helps in straightening the crossed eye.
If the spectacle power is in "plus" and age is below 15 years, then contact lenses will perhaps control most of the squint (cross eye)

Wearing the contacts won’t make the eye look any different. The lens may not even stay on the retina and pupil because of their condition. Do they need contacts for vision reasons or is it just for looks?
