Can Contact Lenses Really Help to Stabilize Myopia to Keep It from Deteriorating?
my myopia is kinda deteriorate a lot over the past few years so i hope to wear contact lenses to stabilize it.But is it true?

I don’t know how this ended up in swimming. I don’t recall whether it’s myopia or hypermetropia (farsightedness) that actually needs correction to maintain the pressure on the eyeball. Whichever is the one in which the pupil is too close to the retina. Now that I think about it, I think that’s hypermetropia. The process of aging causes the eyeball to flatten over time, that’s the reason. Re-post your question in the health section or wherever eye doctor questions go.
