Can Everyone Wear Contact Lenses?

I want to get contacts but my mom says that some people can’t get contacts. is it true? she said something about her eyes being to dry.
So can anyone wear contacts? (i have been wearing glasses for 3 years) and i have 350degrees for both eyes.
my mom tried the contacts and the doctor said her eyes were to dry.
OOPS sooryy. She tried applying for contacts but couldnt!
well i talked to my eye doctor when i had a checkup and i asked hI am when i finished and he said yes. But he didn’t check my eye again so i am not sure. He just said yes.
