Can I Get Colored Contact Lenses, Just for Color & Not for Vision?

I want to get contact lenses that just change my eye color. I have perfect vision & I don’t need contacts to make me see better, just to change the color of my eyes. Can I get those? If so, where? What are the pros & cons?
