i once accidentally put two contact lenses in one eye at once, and the only reason i noticed was because everything was too clear (like when you put on glasses that are too strong)… it didn’t hurt at all… so i don’t think that it will make you go blind… but, wouldn’t it be cheaper to but perscription colored lenses, rather than pay for two sets of lenses? it is probably safer that way too…

Two lenses in one eye is asking for trouble. Never mind the comfort factor. You are risking protein buildup on your lenses and infection. Is it worth risking your sight?

Talk to your eye doctor about prescription coloured contacts. Then you can have the proper lenses you need and the fun colour you crave.

I dont think so. Get color prescription lenses instead.

Yes. My daughter, 14 and 15 at the time, used both her Rx plain lenses and colored sample lenses to see how the colored lenses would work. She did this for about a year, with various color samples and she had no problems. She has since had a regular Rx in both color and plain and no problems or decrease in her eyesight. I guess it depends on the person. I won’t say to try it, only you know your body…I am no Dr. and I’m sure we do a lot of things that wouldn’t be "advisable". How else would we know? Of course nothing dangerous, mind you.
