You need to go for a separate contact fitting so they can find the shape that fits best around your eye.

      No, you can’t convert them.

You will need to return to have your eyes examined for contact use.

Also know that there is quite a difference between the two.

You should still be able to order contacts, and if they didn’t do the contact part of the exam, its only about $18 more. Just call the eye doctor up. I usually go to Walmart or shopko for my eye exams. And you can also go to the Salvation Army for help. They’ll give you a voucher to pay for an eye exam if you qualify.

Your practitioner needs to measure your eye for a proper fit.
