Daily disposable contact lenses are made for one day wear only – please throw the pair away after each wear and put in a new pair the next time. If you want something you can wear like described above, talk to your eye doctor about switching to a 2 week or monthly lens instead.
As for the person who wears the contact lens until it rips, you’re just setting yourself up for serious eye problems somewhere down the road. They’re your eyes though, and if you think you can get another set when you ruin yours, go right ahead and continue that practice.

20/20 Did a show on contacts = the daily, weekly, monthly. There all made the same, The purpose of the show was to prove that it was just a way for the contact comp to make more money by us throwing away our contacts that we wore / daily, weekly/ monthly

No, not a good idea. Daily disposables are not as high of quality as monthly. You should discard them and wear a new pair. There is probably protein deposited on them which makes them more likely to cause inflammation and/or infection.

If they are one day disposables then no. Contacts shouldn’t be left unused in solution for over 30 days unless they are in their original case.

    Good luck!
