Can I Wear Contact Lenses if I Had Dry Eyes?

I don’t want to wear glasses, but I have dry eyes. Is it true that I can’t wear contact lenses if I had them? (I didn’t wear any before – I had glasses) What will happen to me if I used them, if that’s true?
by the way, I’m a 15-year-old girl.

If you have pathologically dry eyes you generally can’t wear contacts.
Yes you can. You should probably ask you ophthalmologist first, since there are so many contact brands and types.Dry eyes wont prevent you from being able to wear contacts though.You’ll probably be given eye drops to help your eyes lubricate but nothing too drastic.
