I have a diopter -0.25, and I bought contact lenses in color with no diopter. Can I ware my glasses and lens at the same time?

Yes, you can wear them at the same time. If the contact lenses have no power, correction-wise it is like not wearing anything at all.
you don’t have a problem with your prescription you can don’t ware anything or ware contact only for color or ware glasses for style and you can ware both of them but i don’t know why??
