Can we still wear contact lenses (without any degree/power) in it with a pair of glasses that has degree/power in it?

If you mean non-prescription contacts like color-changing contacts with prescription glass, then yeah. Or vice versa — the contacts you need to be able to see plus glasses that are just for fashion. BOth are fine.
Just don’t double up on prescription glasses AND prescription contacts. This will make it practically impossible to see normally, plus it can weaken your eyes in the longterm and may give you terrible headaches.

I’m sure that contact lenses are like little glasses in your eyes… so when wearing them, you don’t need your glasses.
