Can You Fake an Eye Exam?

I have okay vision (not exactly great/good but I can see, and I do not need glasses. I really want prescription ones though (not just ones you buy), and I was wondering if it was possible to fake being bad at your eye exam. How would I go about this? I don’t need lectures or rude answers. If you can answer, thank you! 10 points

It is really hard to be consistent with your answers when you fake it. We ask most things several ways. Probably the way to end up with the glasses that will be the most enjoyable to wear is to tell the doctor you are not satisfied with your vision. You want glasses prescribed if they will make you see any better at all. Almost everyone, even if they are not wearing glasses has some refractive error. On many people we do not prescribe it because most people don’t feel like it is worth wearing glasses for a small improvement. We all have people who wear really small corrections and wouldn’t be without it. You need to convince your doctor you are one of them.
If you like glasses, why not just purchase them? it’s better to wear stylish frames that you can see out of then ones with WRONG prescription that makes you see blur.
NO, your doctor will know if you’re lying to him by asking you several questions over again.
I can’t see how you could fake it. There are too many different types of checks on your vision that the examiner would be sure to notice. How would you make sure the different faked tests were ‘consistent’?
Don’t bother, just be glad you have good vision!
if u fake it the glasses will be in that script, and useless to you since u wont be able to see. Just go to the eye doctor and ask to buy the frames of your choice with plain glass lenses.
