Can You Have Prescription Colored Contact Lenses?

I want colored contacts, but I also want glasses and want regular contact lenses.
Is it possible to get colored contacts that have my prescription in them, or do I have to wear my glasses when I wear them?

No, I used to have blue colored contact lenses and they had my prescription in them. So yes, colored contacts can have your prescription.

yea you should go ask your eye doctor. I think he can prescribe them for you because if you wear glasses and You are switching to contacts you need to go to your eye doctor so he can put medicine in them. Does that help?

Colored contact lenses come in most but not all prescriptions. http://www.coloredcontacts.com/ gives a list of the prescriptions they handle along with prices.

Certainly. Tell your doctor that you are interested in wearing colored contact lenses, and you’ll get fitted for them. Once you have your prescription in hand, you can order from anyone you choose.
