Yes, provided you take the following steps
1) Clean and rub the lens very well with solution.
2) Examine it for lens defects or tears
3) Technically you should also let the lens soak in solution for 6 hours. I would definately be doing this if it fell on the floor of somewhere likley to be filled with bacteria or fungi eg. public bathroom floor.

Trust me out of experience, when you put back in the dirt from the floor gets in your eye and hurts like ****! If you absolutely have no More, I guess but thoroughly clean it with solution!
