Can You Strain Your Eyes While Wearing Contact Lenses?
I used to get a lot of headaches, really bad ones, two years ago I got my glasses and ever since I only get the occasional headache like any normal person. Now I’m planning on getting contact lenses, but will I get headaches again like I did before?

yes
You can get eyestrain if you wear contact lenses and if you don’t. There are certain activities such as using a computer for a prolonged period of time without any breaks that can cause eyestrain. If you were getting headaches as a result of not having your vision corrected, then contacts should work fine for you.
You shouldn’t be getting headaches with contacts any more than you would with the glasses.
The headaches you experienced prior to getting your glasses two years ago, were clearly a result of eyestrain.
Contact lenses will correct your vision just like your eyeglasses did, so you will not experience headaches like you did previously.
