Usually yes if they are not frozen. Some contact lenses though say on the box they should be in some particular temperatures. Check it and see.

What Lens is talking about is the temps they should be kept at for storage purposes.
Wearing them isn’t the same thing.
If you’ve ever been out at – 10 degrees…it makes our eyes water a lot, so your contacts may be blurry quite often at temps like that , so you will find yourself blinking a lot more to keep them clear.
