Can You Wear Contact Lenses While Being on Accutane?

I’m thinking about going on it for acne but it says that it dries out your body and that includes eyes. Has anyone had a problem with Accutane and contacts?

Personally, It was no problem for me.
It depends on how dry your eyes get. Some people get very dried out on Accutane.
I was surprised because this was not the case for me.
You’ll just have to see when you go on it. Make sure you keep eye drops with you at all time, and maybe have a pair of glasses just in case.
Not sure what it does to your eyes, but I’d be extremely careful of going on Accutane. It can mess with your mind. Also, you can’t have sex while on the medication. If you get pregnant, your child could have severe birth defects. I took it and wouldn’t reccomend it to anyone, not even my worst enemy.
