I was using a lense for astigmatism then last time i was tested she told me they were outdated i amnot benefitng from them really, and then i have regular ones and have no problems.
I use my disposables for about one month or so at a time.
It is really dependent on the extent of the astigmatism, whether you are nearsighted or farsighted and the shape of your eye. Your optometrist is the best source of this information. This changes frequently as new products come out and my optometrist changes the brand I use almost every year because something new has come out. Disposables are pretty much the norm these days – either the 2-week variety or the one month type.
