is it possible for a person eye sight to bad enough they cant wear colored contacts?

    Yes it is possible. It is very unlikely that a Rx be that strong, because there are contacts that can be Made To Order, or MTO for short. They will be more expensive, usually around 150+ per eye. But these contacts usually last for a year instead of the normal two weeks to a month.

    Go to your Eye DR if your interested, because he/she will be the only one that can tell you which contacts are right for you!

    it all depends on the limitations of the manufacturer. if you have a very high rx, say a -15.00 or something, and acuvue only makes colors in strengths up to a -12.00 then theres nothing that can be done about that. but if you have a "normal" rx then you can wear colors. if you have an astigmatism then you would have to wear freshlook torics, they are the only ones that have toric colored lenses.
