Contact Lens Assistance Please?

So my contact lens prescription expired two months ago and I haven’t gone to my doctors office for a new one. I am completely out of contacts and my right eye contact ripped. I can’t just go out and buy more contacts from the store because my prescription is expired.
What should I do?
Is there any place where I could order them without having to provide my doctors name?
Also, I don’t have backup eye glasses
