Contact Lens Care.?

I bought contact lens from a glasses retailer and well they didn’t really teach me on to take care of contact lens. I just want to ask if my procedure is right…
1. I take contacts from my case with a batch of all-clean solution from the previous night.
2. Stick it in my eyes
3. At night, take it off and stick it in case with solution.
Is this right? Thanks.
Thanks but I want to know one thing. So after I put the lens in the case for the night with the solution, do I have to wash it again with a new batch of solution in the morning?

Make sure you don’t reuse the solution from the previous night. Also, when you take them out at night, you might put them in your palm, squirt some solution on them and gently rub them to get anything that might have attached itself to them off.
Edit: Yes, make sure you rinse your case out each morning with new solution and let it air dry.
yea. i would rinse them before you store them at night it helps take the extra stuff off of them. but you are doing it right
Dont rinse them with water u need to put it in the middle of ur palm and put opti fresh solution on it and rub it around in ur palm until cleaned off them put fresh soluiton in ur cases and be sure to do right eye then left eye!
Well when I went with my brother to get his contatcs I watched them teach him how to maintain contact lens care: wash your hands everytime before touching your lenses, take the lenses from the cleaner, put it in your eye, then take it off before bed (but you should probably re-cleanse your contacts before bed and in the morning just in case)

My suggestion is never sleep with your contact. Wash and soak every night. Wash with a new solution every time you wash your lens. Solutions are not expensive therefore you do not have to recycle them. At the end of the week, soak your lens in some solution and drop in the protein remover pill to fully cleanse your contact lens for the next day to wear.
