Probably the same as your eye glasses prescription.

You will need to be fitted for contact lenses by an optical professional. Contact lenses also have a brand, base curve, and diameter that are not present in your eyeglasses prescription. The power of your contact lenses will likely be a little less than your eyeglasses RX because the correction will be closer to your eye. My guess would be around -6.50 for your right eye and -7.00 for your left eye, but the doctor will be able to help you on that one.

Not the same as your glasses. You would have to go in and get a different prescription for contacts.

The -7 and -7.50 would be the same. Those two numbers are the power or your prescription. However, you need to go to your eye doctor to be fitted to the right contacts. They come in different sizes.

The numbers in your contact lens prescription will actually be less (more positive) than -7.00 and -7.50. This is because when the distance between the lens and the eye (vertex distance) changes, the required prescription changes also. The higher your prescription, the larger the difference between your glasses and contact lens power.

You need a contact lens fit from your eye doctor. They will help you determine the correct power as well as a properly fitting contact lens.

If you go to the Opticians, they can check your eyes and tell you.
They usually tell you to go for a consultation before you get contacts :)
