Contact Lens Prescription Help?
my glasses prescription is OD Sph +3.75 Cyl -2.25 Axis 098 OS Sph +3.25 Cyl -2.25 Axis 080. My contact Lens script is OD Sph +3.50 Cyl -1.75 Axis 100 OS +3.00 Cyl -1.75 Axis 80. and then the base curve stuff etc. My Question is, is this conversion right it feel like I am straining to see a bit. I have had enough of my ophthalmologist and think she might have screwed this up.

The conversion could be right, unless you are having problems…which you feel you are.
Actually, I would have left the sphere power as it is instead of reducing it by 0.25 for the contacts , being as the cyl has to drop by 0.50
Dropping the Cyl by 0.50 looks right though, that usually works best.
If you are still on the trial lenses , just let the Doc know , and she will probably give you more trials with that extra + 0.25
