Contact Lenses Get Blurry and Dry Towards the End of the Day?
I wear my contacts to school everyday and sometI ames on the weekend for about 2 years now and have never had any problems. But lately I have been noticing that towards the end of the day my contact lenses get extremely dry and blurry. I now have to carry a small solution bottle wherever I go in case this develops. Any suggestions?

You should only wear contact lenses for a certain amount of time per day. Dryness is a sign that you need to take them out – your eyes need oxygen and wearing lenses means they get less.
If you’re a girl then girls eyes tend to be slightly dryer than boys. It’s perfectly normal for your lenses to dry out at the end of day – it’s very annoying, but saline solution is the only thing that you can really do to refresh them.
However talk to your optician as I had lenses that I could only wear for 12 hours, and my new ones I can wear up to 18 hours, so there are different types if your eyes have changed etc.
Woo I love you I got the same problem too I though it was abnormal
