Contact Lenses? I Wear Em from Time to Time and Wanted to Know if I Could Prevent Dry Eyes While Wearing Them.?

I wear contact lenses from tI ame to tI ame but was wondering how I could prevent them from drying my eyes out….
I use Bausch & Lomb Boston Advance Cleaner & Re-wetting Drops.
but the re-wetting drops only give me a temporary relief. so any recommendations? or anything I could do to prevent dry eyes as much as possible.
