Contact Prescription Explain?
On the contact lenses perscription says Lens Rx -0.25. What does that mean? Farsighted or nearsighted?

Farsighted. But ever so slightly.
You are nearsighted. meaning you can see up close, but have difficulties seeing from afar.
The sign "-" = nearsighted.
The sign "+" = farsighted.
But, I’d bet that since your prescription is -0.25 your actually have pretty good vision. Especially since you couldn’t tell which you were, because if your prescription was worse, trust me, you’d be able to tell.
The – sign means it is a correction for nearsightedness.
If both your eyes are a -0.25…I hope you aren’t really going to bother with contacts, you don’t even need glasses with that prescription.
