Moistureplus solution is also multipurpose. It is just that it claims to retain moisture for longer time as compared to those normal multipuropse solution. the better solution might be ReNu and optix free.

Moisture plus is usually a multipurpose solution, but it also has special ingredients that help your contact lenses retain moisture while you are wearing them. The regular multipurpose solutions don’t usually have anything in them to help your contacts retain moisture. So if you are experiencing dryness with your contacts, I’d definitely try a solution that holds in moisture. Switching to those types of solutions really helped me out a lot; I don’t have to use eyedrops near as often now.

My two faves for moisture are the Alcon Opti Free RepleniSH, and Ciba Vision Aquify.
