well since they are all fake, they will make you look fake.
i have to say that on a rare occasion and when done properly, some extensions look good.
some people just dont wear them right.
and it depends what color contacts. like purple, obviously. (yeah, they sell that :| )
and pretty much any surgery, botox, collagen can go wrong + they almost never come out good at all.

i feel like having all that crap done to me would make me MORE self conscious cause id feel like i look fake and people will notice.

Of course these things make a person fake. If you shove a piece of plastic into your chest, that plastic (not human) becomes a part of you, which in turn makes you fake.
If you marry a girl with long, straight, blonde hair and a nice tan, with purple eyes, full lips, giant boobs, and a dainty nose and you yourself have similar features…except like boobs lol (except you are a guy), and your kid comes out with a dark brown afro, black eyes, thin lips, clunky nose, and eventually begs for a boob job…you know that chick you married is fake as heck! xD
So yea…that’s how I see it.
I do, however, agree with the second person about pounds of makeup…but usually that is to cover up acne/scarring. :)

Any Surgery Make people look Fake…

  • Shrubbs says:

You can’t look fake under the hands of an artful surgeon

The procedure doesn’t make you fake, the way you present yourself does

Physically, the tacky hair extensions, fake tans, bright pink lipstick & dark liner I consider to be very trashy, trashy = fake

Depends on where are they going.

I wear makeup to look fresh and look like my age. If not I would look like a tired mum even though I’m only 20. I wear hazel color lenses for my dark brown – almost black eyes sometimes if I’m bored wearing glasses or for special occasion as they reflect camera flashes. I’m not hiding I want to show people to see me more.

Some people like M.Jackson is creepy. Changing skin color etc. Some even try to look like Paris Hilton. Come on… There is only 1 Paris Hilton in the world.

I think its ok for minor things. If you are not happy with large and pointy nose, change it if you can afford it and if it makes you happy. If you stress out of taking care of job, family and never taken care of yourself, why not try botox to fade the wrinkle away.

Just don’t be someone else. Be you.

I might be the only person to say this…

But in my opinion, no. None of this makes a person fake. Because it’s low maintenance stuff. If a girl wears a pound of cosmetics just to make up for this stuff (I.E: a thick glob of lipstick instead of collagen injections) I consider her fake.

I would rather have rhinoplasty (nose job) than shade my nose with foundation to make it look smaller. What do you look like after you wash your face?

  • Kellyxoxfosho says:

    yes very

  • I believe it’s enhancement and not faking someone.

  • Even if the procedure is not just for the purpose of restoring what was damaged (reconstruction), i would have to say that it does not make people a fake. Wanting to enhance your body to build your confidence does not make you a fake. As long as you are careful with the plastic surgeon who will handle the procedure.

Maybe those who criticize but will also undergo if given the chance are the ones who are fake!!!
