Do Contact Lenses or Glasses Protect You from TV or Computer Light?

I have a prescription for glasses and contact lenses and I watch a lot of tv and play video games on a 40 inch TV.
If so, does one protect you more than the other?

Protect you from what? Are you expecting the TV to attack you? There is no adverse radiation emanating from a TV.
Nope. Glasses may be more comfortable than contacts if you are spending a lot of time in front of a screen, but don’t offer any more protection.
I think the video glasses is more comfortable than TV. And the video glasses is convenient
