Do I Have to Get an Eye Exam in Order to Buy Positive Lenses?

well i need a pair of positive lenses and no i do not have farsighted eyesight. so can i get a pair of lenses lets say of 2+ diopters without getting and eye exam or problems? i want to buy a pair quick and up front in the optical store. no questions asked kinda thing. don’t ask why just answer the question and get free points =]
