Do I Have to Train My Eyes When Using Bifocal Alternating Contact Lens for the First Time?

It has been 2 days since I got them. The first day i had double vision for the distance, but reading was ok. The second day the long distance was still double and traffic light has a blur around them, can’t see features of people 25 meters away. Is it a matter of getting used to it or are they the wrong prescription. When I had purely distance contact lens, I could see distance clearly, why should it be different now?

Sounds like something similar I had when my doctor gave me one contact for distance & the other for near (reading). It doesn’t work!
Get multi-focal contacts because they work great.
