Do We Have to Clean Our Contact Lenses Everyday?

When I bought my contact lenses,the clerk from the shop (she is not an eye care professional) told me that I have to clean my contact lenses everyday, even though I did not wear it. Is it true?

they said yes. but i dont. lol i dont think you need to clean it everyday as long as you’re not wearing it, right?
You need to clean them every time you wear them.
If you don’t wear them for say a few weeks it is best to change the solution and soak them overnight before wearing them again.
If you only have a gap for a couple of days then you don’t need to do anything different.
