Do You Rinse Contact Lens Cases with the Solution or Tap Water?

Does it matter?

Also, are things like Opti-Free Replenish Solution the same as a saline solution? Are they both the all-in-one kinds (cleaning, rinsing, storing)?

You can rinse out the case with very hot water then let air dry.

Saline solution is just salty water that can be used for rinsing your lenses, or storing the lenses for a few hours if you took them off with the idea of putting them back on again later.

Saline doesn’t clean or disinfect lenses…that is what the all in one solutions do.

you rinse with solution, because the contacts are pretty delicate and a special solution is needed to clean them completely.
