Does Contact Lenses or/and Glasses Decreases Your Eye Sight?

I think it is contact lenses because it has contact with your eyes. But, people say it’s all the same.

Glasses do make you eye sight worse if you are not wearing them the way you are instructed to do by the optometrist. Like if your optometrist says to only wear them when in school, but you are wearing them all the time, then eventually it will make you eyesight worse. This is what happened to my dad.
Eyeglasses and contact lenses only correct your vision when you are wearing them. Your uncorrected vision does not get better or worse as a result of wearing or not wearing eyeglasses.
A person may experience headaches, eyestrain, and/or lose tolerance for blur. These do not have any permanent effects on your vision.
