if someone has a -2.00 and a -2.25 contact lens prescription can they go through their everyday life without glasses/contacts?

o god no! i where glasses and have horrible eyesight around -2.2 I cannot even read words from a book on my lap. if i take off my glasses right now, i cannot even read whats on my computer screen. i just find life is too hard not seeing solid objects five feet ahead of me, but i guess i could do a day without glasses if i really needed to
Well my daughter has a -2.0 script and she never goes without her contacts or glasses. Unfortunately I’m -5 so I’m nearly blind
