My friend said she had gotten 4 single colored freshlook contacts from there, as a sample or tester. And she said she didn’t pay anything.
True? And if so, do they still have this offer? Is it really free?

If they are the Freshlook Colors…depending on who the manager on duty is they may choose to charge a fitting fee/dispensing fee. The managers typically waive this fee if you have purchased glasses or contacts from them in the past and have a file with them. If you just walk off the street and ask for the trials, be prepared to pay something.
