Do you have the start of cataracts? The Glare issue/halo’s can be caused by even the slightest start of cataracts, which normally start at about the age 50-55.
Dryness of the surface of your eye can also increase glare/halo’s.
Floaters are a normal aging process of the eye and as long as your doctor evaluated you with a dilated exam and said nothing was wrong they are nothing to worry about. Now if you are noticing an increase of them, and/or arc’s of light from your side vision, that is a reason to go BACK to your eye doctor and get rechecked. This could be a sign of a Retinal Detachment.
