OK MY DOCTOR GAVE ME THE FOLLOWING CONTACT LENS PRESCRIPTION:
R -3.50 -0.50 X 90
L -3.75 -0.75 X 90
I THINK THE ABOVE IS FOR TORIC LENSES COS IT HAS AXIS VALUE. SO WHAT IS MY NORMAL SPHERICAL LENS VALUE ACCORDING TO THIS? I NEED THIS VALUE TO BUY NORMAL SPHERICAL LENSES ONLINE…PLEASE HELP!!!

You need to contact the doctor that gave you the prescription because it is not a contact lens prescription.
Call your ophthalmologist’s office and find out. It is very dangerous to get prescription information here. Just call the office and ask for another prescription written for regular contacts. They usually don’t charge for that.

This is not a contact lens prescription. You need to buy the contacts that your doctor prescribes because everyone has different eye sizes and shapes. Wearing a contact that is too tight or too loose can do severe damage to your eyes. Brand of contacts also matters. Only your doctor has seen your eyes and knows if you have allergies or dry eyes which may determine what brand of contacts you wear. Legally, your doctor is responsible for your contact lens wear, you are only allowed to purchase the brand of contacts they prescribe, they require a prescription specifying a brand, base curve, diameter, and powers. You can not purchase lenses without this information.
u may want to try -3.75 for right side and -4.00 for left side.
If your doctor meant this as a toric contact lens prescription then to go non-toric you would convert this to R-3.75 and L-4.00, but instead if as I suspect it is actually an eyeglass prescription then R-3.50 and L-3.75 is the power realizing that in the USA this in itself is not a valid prescription without your doctor’s verification or approval.
