Do I just go to the eye doctor guy?
Cuz I have perfect vision I just want bluuue contacts 
Is an appointment free to get my eyes like, sized??

You have to go to an optometrist (eye doctor) to get your eyes fitted so they can prescribe the correct size, and yes they will charge for this service. Usually your medical covers it, but double check with your optometrist first just to make sure.

oh and by the way, many optometry doctors/offices carry samples of the different colors so that way you can see which one you want and how you look with them on.
You should just be able to go on any website and order them.
Most coloured contact lenses are a standard size.
But i am unsure that an optician would give you a contact lense check seeing as you don’t wear them.
Like i said they are usual a standard size which fits most eyes.
