How Can I Tell My Prescription from My Contact Lens Boxes?
I want to maybe get a pair of prescription goggles for the swI am team. There are a bunch of numbers on my contact box, but the prescription goggles only have an option to choose the "power".
What’s the correlation? And what if my eyes are slightly different from each other?
The numbers are labled:
BC
DIA
D
Cyl/AXIS
How do I convert these values into a "power"?

D will be the power…something like – 2.50
On many of the better swim goggles you can get a different power in each eye.
If you can’t on the one you are looking at , go with the lowest power in both eyes. Like if one eye is – 2.50 and the other is – 2.75…go with – 2.50 on both.
