Using my right hand I put the contact on my index finger (finger has to be place on the very middle of the contact). With my left hand i use my thumb to pull down my bottom lid and index to pull up the top lid.
Staring straight at the contact without blinking and place it on my eyeballs. Look at the mirror and see if its laying flat on your eyeballs. If its not smoothly on but a little bump then I blink my eyes once or twice till its on.

To get it out I do the same with what I say with my fingers (above) and then slide them to the side. Then you can pull it off.

There are some that last 2 weeks or a month.
You should ask them, should not keep them over the date. They can damage your eyes.

When your wearing them, if you felt your eyes are dry or theres a bit of dust, use eye dropper where you can purchase at the pharmacist.

When you first wear them it can be a bit blurry as your eyes need to adjust and soon your eyes get use to them. If there’s any irritation, then should be removed.
Use a solution to clean them and keep them in a case.

how to put them in your eyes — i put mine on the tip of my finger, open my eye really wide (sometimes it helps to use your other hand to lift open the top lid) and gently put them on your eyes … you kind of have to put a little pressure on them to make sure they stick to your eye and blink a little bit. idk it’s really hard to explain that part, someone should’ve helped you at the eye doctor tho?

get them out — same concept as putting them in except you have to carefully grab them on the edge and just pull it off your eye.

when do you have to throw them away — most last about a month or so, depends on the kinds you have. but it’s best to throw them away after 4-6 weeks; after awhile you may start to get debris on them or they may start to tear…

can we clean them and how? — yes, you have to clean them. you need contact solution and you should place them in the palm of your hand after taking them out, then splash a little solution on them, gently rub them with your finger and splash a little more to rinse. then you need to make sure they go in the case with solution (i sometimes swish mine around in the case after i put them in there just to make sure they get cleaned thoroughly)

Idk what else to say? I’m surprised your eye doctor didn’t go over all of this stuff with you? Unless you just got them online, but there’s still tons of info you could find on the website I’m sure. But I hope some of that helps you?
